Thawing Your Cake

  • Remove the plastic shrink wrap & white cardboard band from the cake.
    Note: For Yema Caramel only, remove the clear plastic band too.
  • Thaw it in the fridge for at least 10 hours at 35 – 40° Don’t refreeze a thawed cake.
  • After thawing, consume it within 72 hours to enjoy its best quality.
